Heads up: calls to Financial Relief Now might be recorded or monitored so we can keep our service quality high.
Financial Relief Now gives you access to content, tools, and ways to connect with us through our site (the "Service"). Using the Service means agreeing to the Terms of Service below.
We don't supply the internet access, hardware, or software you need to reach the Service. By using this site, finishing registration, and clicking "Submit," you're agreeing that the Service may show ads and sponsored content that help keep it running. You're also agreeing that Financial Relief Now can't promise the information, products, or services on the Service will be accurate, reliable, current, or right for your purposes. Everything here comes "as is," with no warranties of any kind from us.
Your use of the Service is also covered by our Retainer Agreements and Legal Disclaimer.
Accepting These Terms
Using the Service means accepting these terms, plus any updates, rules, or policies Financial Relief Now puts out over time as part of our Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer, and other notices — all folded into this agreement by reference. Together, they're the whole agreement between you and Financial Relief Now, replacing anything agreed to before.
Finishing registration and clicking "Submit" means you're bound by our Terms of Service, Legal Disclaimer, and the terms in your Retainer Agreement.
If These Terms Change
We might update these terms, conditions, or notices at any point. Keeping an eye on this page is your job. If you keep using the Service after something changes, that counts as accepting it.
Changes to the Service
We can pause, change, or shut down any part of the Service, for a while or for good, with or without a heads-up. You agree we're not on the hook to you or anyone else for making that choice.
How to Use the Service
Parts of the Service might let you message, post, or chat with others (we'll call these "Communication Tools"). Stick to posting things that are appropriate and relevant to whatever tool you're using. Also, no using the Service for commercial purposes like reselling, co-branding, or private labeling.
To use the Service, you're agreeing to:
- Give us honest, current, complete information wherever our registration form asks for it (your "Registration Information," tied to your Retainer Agreement)
- Keep that information updated as things change
If something you told us turns out to be false, outdated, or incomplete, we can shut down your account and block further access. You're letting Financial Relief Now use and share combined registration data with third parties for marketing, in line with our Privacy Policy. You're also fine with us using your registration info to personalize ads and offers, tailor what you see, fill requests for products or services, and reach out by email or other means about new offers.
Things You Agree Not To Do
Don't use the Service for anything illegal, and know you're on the hook for whatever you send through it.
Specifically, don't:
- Get in the way of other people using and enjoying the Service
- Break any local, state, federal, or international law
- Pretend to be somebody or something you're not
- Mess with the Service, its servers, or connected networks
- Send spam, chain letters, junk mail, contests, or pyramid schemes
- Post anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise out of line
- Upload copyrighted, trademarked, or patented material without permission
- Upload viruses, worms, or other harmful code
- Harass other users or gather their personal information
- Advertise goods or services unless the Service specifically says you can
- Copy, resell, or otherwise cash in on any part of the Service commercially
- Break the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, or similar laws
- Help or support terrorism, or put U.S. military personnel at risk
We don't have to police the Service, but we can review and pull down posted content, and cut off your access anytime, for any reason, without warning. Where attorney-client privilege allows, we can also share information we think is needed to follow the law, a court order, or a government request, and edit, refuse, or remove content, in part or in full.
Keeping Your Account Safe
Signing up means giving us accurate, current information as asked, then picking a username and password. Protecting your password — and anything that happens under your account — is on you.
Tell us right away if you spot unauthorized use of your account or any other security issue, and log out when you're done each session. We're not responsible for losses from someone using your account without permission, whether or not you knew — though you could be on the hook for losses we or someone else takes because you didn't follow this. Never use somebody else's account without them saying it's okay first.
We're happy to walk you through anything that's unclear.
